Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, providing you have made contact via Tarotjourneyboxes@mail.co.uk prior to the return.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Because each box contains carefully curated, hand-packed items, opened boxes cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your unopened box is safely received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for this to appear depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have any questions or queries please contact us at Tarotjourneyboxes@mail.co.uk.
All Tarot Journey Boxes are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.Tracking is included for every order.
Shipping Costs: Shipping (UK Mainland) is included in the product price, so there are no additional postage fees at checkout. For shipping to other locations please contact us at Tarotjourneyboxes@mail.co.uk.
Dispatch Times: Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible, this is usually within 7 days of order (unless stated otherwise). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with your Royal Mail tracking details. If purchasing a subscription, each subsequent box will be sent of the same week of the next month. Please note, there may be times where the shipping is delayed due to illness or holidays, these will be noted clearly on the website.
Delivery Times: Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within 2–3 working days, although this may vary during busy periods or due to Royal Mail delays outside of our control. Delivery times outside of UK Mainland may vary.
